Just an update. i am no longer a Beachbody coach, and am not doing the Turbo Fire right now, because i recently had surgery on my foot. I plan to still do my health and fitness segments
, when my foot heals i am going to do the Mari Winsor Palaties. So when i start it i will post pics and results of it. i hope to get better at this blogging thing and write more instead of posting the videos. so please bare with me, i will start taking more pics and post just pics.
